States bypass Bush on enviro regulations and Ex-heads of EPA blast Bush on Global Warming

It's about time we take matters into our own hands! And finally the states are, good for them! Yesterday I overheard a lady in a store say she took 3 ticks off her dog, it is JANUARY! Long time from tick season. This weather is freaking me out. I have been wearing long sleeve shirts and no coat for the past few days. This is supposed to be the coldest month in Connecticut. I will continue to talk about this topic because I feel it is the most important issue we are dealing with, so get used to reading about it on my blog.

You are right...I think it is supposed to be the coldest month in any state that gets snow...but I don't think it is. Finally, yesterday we had what felt like January weather here. I couldn't believe that I was excited, but this warm weather thing is scary. Today it is only supposed to be a high of 11, but the sun seems to be melting some snow anyways...and this week we will be back up into the 30's again. Very interesting....

I am also blaming global warming for my recent break up. No one needs to cuddle up here to stay warm any more. Damn global warming.

It IS scary! It is 4PM on Monday, and it is RAINING outside! I couldn't believe that I was driving home and it was pouring. It only lasted a few minutes, but WOW! Stand your ground, I am behind you...it is scary!

Clearly global warming, and thus, the Bush Admin. is the cause of many ailments in this world - drought, fires, earthquakes, break ups, the zit on my chin, and most certainly the weight I've gained in the past few months.

I"ll forever maintain that nothing good ever came from Texas ....except Texas toast.

I was always a bit skeptic of this phrase. How can being away from a person make you fonder? With time, you will slowly start to forget the sound of their laughter and the scent of their hair. Target

I called my Mom to tell her that the parents are back and that I am responsibility-free in the evenings and weekends again. She didn't answer, but returned my phone call soon after. I told her my news, and she shared with me that she was about to head into the new Target. We are a family of Target-lovers, what's not to love? As she walked in, she said "it's huge." What do I do?

All week I have made some attempt to tell the parents I am leaving. It started on Tuesday, all night I tried to tell them, but everytime I was about to bring it up, one of the parents would leave the room or the baby got hurt, etc. Wednesday, I made plans to go to the neighbors when the parents got home, but I made an attempt to tell them anyway, but S was glued to my side. I kept trying to distract her with food and television, but no go. I could have just said "I need to talk to you parents, go away", but I know her well enough to know that would have only peaked her interest and she would never go away. Last night, I was SO ready to tell them. The father asked me to watch the girls for 15 minutes while he weed-whacked the yard. I said sure, thinking the mother should be home any minute and then I could tell her when he is outside (I decided that if I can't tell them both at the same time, I will tell the mother alone).
