I am back with nothing to say... for now.

I am finally back from 10 days in Florida. Probably sounds like a vacation, but it wasn't... but that is a different story. I had all intentions of writing a few blog entries while I was gone, even though I didn't have internet access, and putting them on my blog when I returned. I didn't write any. Then when I tried to write an entry last night, the blogger was down, so again, no entry. And now that I have the chance to write about something important, there are so many options that I don't know what to write about and frankly I am not in the mood to write. But by this point you guys are used to my lack of subjects since it has been so long since my last entry, so I am sure you can wait a little longer for a good blog entry (well, most of you can anyway). When I am in the mood to write, I will share about my non-vacation in Florida.

This is a question people have asked for a long time. Is it true? Is love all we really need? I think it would depend on who you ask. When it comes to young children, love is all you need. You know your parents love you and spend time with you, that is what is most important to a child. You don't understand the importance of money or work or health, all that matters is love. Target

I called my Mom to tell her that the parents are back and that I am responsibility-free in the evenings and weekends again. She didn't answer, but returned my phone call soon after. I told her my news, and she shared with me that she was about to head into the new Target. We are a family of Target-lovers, what's not to love? As she walked in, she said "it's huge." I tried talking to her, but could tell that she was distracted. She started to ask me something, "Did you... you should see the card section, it is like the one in Grand Forks." I, again, tried to change the subject back to what I was talking about. I finally let her go because she needed to finish shopping in there before returning home to watch Lost, throwing in "it has a Starbucks" before we said our goodbyes. Loving living with my sister.

Last night Jessie came downstairs to show me her toenail that is about to fall off. She was in the middle of writing a paper and decided it was something I needed to know. She ran a marathon in October and the toenail falling off is a consequence of it. And while most would be grossed out by this and wonder why it was important enough to come down a flight of very steep stairs, I enjoyed it. Not because it was something I really wanted to see, but because we can tell and show each other these things now that we are living together. Just another pro of living with her.
